How can I add color to a wooden window cornice that is painted white?
The top four inches is curved crown molding, with the widest "layer" about 2" high. There is a flat 1" high section at the bottom that might be the easiest to work on. Wide white vertical blinds hang below it, so it's a lot of white. This is above my sliding glass door, and it's against a green wall. Thank you!
Answer: You could paint one of the layers - taping off the layers next to it might make it easier if your hand isn't very steady. You could choose an accent color that already exists in your room, or you could paint two of the layers - one with the green of the wall , the other with the accent color.
