How much do high value wooden blinds run for floor to ceiling windows?
I have a luxury condo that i'm now renting out. I was wondering what the premium would be charged for blinds to be installed? It doens't appear to difficult. I'm thinking I buy higher quality white wooden blinds and install myself. I'm unsure what thinkness to get and what amount is sufficent per window. I don't want to get up sold however want to spend enough to get a good quality product.
Answer: Hi DK. I definitely agree with your choice to install the blinds yourself. It is a very simple install. It would take you longer to unpack the blinds than install them in your window.
In regards to quality, I recommend purchasing blinds made of solid basswood. They take paint and stain very well and weather better than most other wood types.
