Any reviews of vinyl Simonton windows? Also considering wooden Pella and Andersen, but they cost much more...?
Simonton seems to be pretty energy-efficient, and is guaranteed for life. But we have concerns because none of our close friends have vinyl windows yet, and some reviews of vinyls that we heard of have not been good.
Answer: i have installed many of these.....very very good window! 3/4 glass that has a control weld.....never had a call back and the tilt sash is very sturdy.....i would recommend them to anyone wanting vinyl windows.....
